Account Deletion Policy

The app allows users to create and delete accounts, so the App Store and Play Store require a dedicated account deletion policy page. The content for this page is below.

Neither page needs to be published or linked in the website menu. They only need to be live and accessible via a direct link so that the App Store and Play Store reviewers can access them. Once the pages are created, please share the links with us so we can add them to the app submissions. 

Account Deletion Policy

1. Overview

At IANPHI, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to delete your account and associated data at any time.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, please submit a request via email.

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Required Information: Please include your registered registration ID, email address and phone number in the body of the message.

3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once your request is processed:

• Your account will be permanently deleted.
  • You will lose access to all app services, history, and features.
