Ei Ei Khin

Ei Ei Khin is a Consultant in Public Health. She has worked extensively in South East Asia mainly in Burma (Myanmar) and Thailand. She received her Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard University, with the concentration on Global Health and Population, and a M.B.,B.S. from the University of Medicine 1, Yangon, Myanmar.

Ei Ei is currently supporting the strategic and operational development of the Myanmar Centers of Diseases Control and Prevention (Myanmar CDC) for the Ministry of Health and Sports in Myanmar, under a cooperative agreement with IANPHI and US CDC. Prior to this position, Ei Ei has over 12 years of experience in leading, managing and supporting public health and research programs particularly in the area of infectious diseases control such as HIV, Tuberculosis and Malaria. She has provided comprehensive public health technical assistance, supportive mentoring, program management guidance and coordination support for her programs throughout her public health career.
