Marlene Goldman joined IANPHI in 2009 as director of communications and is responsible for publicizing IANPHI’s efforts through the website, publications, and media relations. She came to Emory University in 1993 after 20 years as a journalist, editor, and public relations professional in the corporate, government, and academic sectors. At Emory she has served as director of publications in the Rollins School of Public Health, publications manager at Emory University Hospital, founding editor of an award-winning magazine in Emory’s Woodruff Health Sciences Center, and as the first director of development communications for the health sciences center and the university.
