Afghanistan: The Afganistan Public Health Institute

The Afghanistan Public Health Institute is conducting a 2-year research study on the spectrum of acute febrile illnesses and diarrhea in infants in Kabul. Results will allow the provision of more appropriate treatment to infants and young children in Afghanistan and, in the longer term, facilitate reductions in infant mortality.
