Assistance, Advocacy, Community


IANPHI aims to strengthen national public health systems by working collboratively with low-resource countries to develop or improve their NPHI capacity and infrastructure. Our NPHI grant program promotes peer assistance, sustainability, and leveraging from other donors.  Individually, each project brings new energy and resources to our member institutes in low-resource countries. Collectively, they work to strengthen public health infrastructure and capacity at the regional and global levels.

IANPHI develops benchmarks and tools that countries, NPHIs, and peer-assistance teams can use as they work to assess, develop, and improve NPHIs and build global public health capacity and infrastructure. 

IANPHI is also a catalyst for linkages and advocacy among NPHIs.  Our global alliance links the assets and solutions of NPHIs around the world, creating a new community of public health leadership focused on NPHI advocacy and investment in public health infrastructure.
